Materials Needed:

-Fabric: Light weight cotton, voile, lawn, sheer crepe, cotton knits (t-shirt fabric) or any other “drapey” fabric can be used. Quilting cottons can also be used, but because quilting cotton is stiffer than the other fabrics I mentioned, the end result will not provide the drape and fluid quality that the other fabrics will.
