Materials Needed:

-One (pe-washed) fat quarter or 1/4 yard of exterior fabric

-One (pre-washed) fat quarter or 1/4 yard of lining fabric

-1/4 of 1-sided fusible light weight interfacing

-Fabric or basting glue

-Sew-on velcro (small amount only for velcro strap option)

- Scrap felt for felt circles (only if you make the velcro strap option)

-1 yard of 1/4” ribbon (for ribbon tie option)

- 6” of 1/4” or 5/8” elastic or 1 package of knit lace elastic (for elastic option).
