Tip: You could also make these same shoes without the bias tape if you make them out of felt or leather.

Materials Needed:

-One pre-washed fat quarter or 1/4 yard of exterior fabric
-One pre-washed fat quarter or 1/4 yard of lining fabric
-1/4 of fusible soft light weight interfacing
-1 package of 1/4” width elastic
-1 package of 1/4” bias tape
-Basting glue
-Matching thread
-Safety pin
-Small amount of felt or other non fraying material for flowers
-Pearl or other small embellishment for the center of the flower
