Materials Needed:

-Pre-washed 1/4 yard of exterior fabric

-Pre-washed 1/4 yard of interior fabric

-1/4 yard Soling material for “Soft Soled” oxfords

-Elastic (Only if you are making them with elastic closure)

-Shoe laces (For shoe lace option)

-Basting glue (optional)

-3/4 yard of Fusible compressed batting- if you can get

-Fusible Thermolam Plus made by Pellon that would be my first choice

-Thread

-Size 14 Sewing Machine Needle or leather needle.

-Insoles (optional, but recommended)

-Water Repellant Spray (like Scotchguard)- Optional

-Buttons (2) -Only needed if you are making the Oxfords with an elastic closure.
