Materials Needed:

-One pre-washed fat quarter or 1/4 yard of exterior fabric
-One pre-washed fat quarter or 1/4 yard of lining fabric
-1/4 of fusible soft light weight interfacing
-One fat quarter of felt
-Matching thread
-Safety pin
-1/4 yard or a very small amount of 1-sided heavy weight fusible
interfacing (used for insoles)
-Sew-on velcro (small amount)
